Prof Sylvan is a seasoned Environmental Scientist with expertise in aerosol physics, air quality monitoring, heavy metals monitoring and remediation, noise pollution, radiation physics, and energy audit. He holds a PhD (Physics), BSc (Physics) from Benue State University, and an MSc (Env. Physics) from Federal University of Agriculture Makur. He has led several environmental impact assessments globally.
